We don’t usually cover routine or investigative tests. The only time we could cover these is when they’re used to diagnose a new condition or the worsening of an existing condition covered under your policy.
And we don't cover routine and preventative treatments or vaccinations. For example, cosmetic dentistry, cosmetic surgery, cleaning and descaling of teeth, spaying, castration, routine removal of dew claws, parasite control, grooming, nail clipping or any complications that happen from these treatments.
Also, we can't cover pregnant animals or pets used for breeding.
